At The LilMac Co., we are delighted to help you send beautifully curated gift boxes to your loved ones, clients and colleagues across Canada. Here's everything you need to know our shipping process.
1. **Where Ship** We currently offer shipping across Canada. At this time, we do not offer shipping.
2. **Processing Time:** Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that during busy seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be. We will always communicate any delays on our and via email.
3. **Shipping Methods & Delivery Times** We partner with reliable Canadian carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Puator, etc.) to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time.
4. **Shipping Rates** Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and/weight of your order.
5. **Tracking:** Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your gift box's journey.
6. **Address Accuracy** Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. **Delivery Issues** While we do our best to ensure timely, an order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal disruptions, or other circumstances.
8. **Warm Weather Shipping** During months, we take extra care when shipping gift boxes that include perish or meltable items. We may shipping days to avoid extended weekends or holidays to help ensure product quality.
