1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the Personalized and Perishable nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchange once an order has been placed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we have made an error (ex. sent wrong item ) please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery at info@thelilmacco.com with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement item or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information provided, delivery is tthe responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, weather disruptions
​or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the carrier and opening a claim if necessary.
